Ms. Esther Koimett has extensive experience of over 30 years across investment promotion, banking, public enterprise and public policy. She is a leading figure in both public and private sectors who has executed several profiles, projects and initiatives on behalf of the Government and has held various portfolios including Principal Secretary - State Department of Broadcasting & Telecommunication and Principal Secretary - State Department of Transport. She currently serves on the Boards of AAR Insurance (Chair), Africa Trade & Investment Development Insurance, Art of Music Foundation  and the Board of Management of Moi Girls High School Eldoret (Chair). 

Ms Koimett holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce Degrees from the University of Nairobi and Advance Management Program certification from Strathmore University
